PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estrogen-like active agent having high activity compared to the conventional one, in other words, a skin external preparation which excels in a rough dry skin-improving effect, a wrinkle-preventing/improving effect, a skin whitening effect, excels in a use feeling such as skin agreeability and non-stickiness after use, and excels in stability with time.SOLUTION: The estrogen-like active agent includes an extract of a Vaccinium vitis-idaea fruit as an active ingredient.
