The present invention provides a purified plasma product derived from Fraction II + III containing protein in a concentration effective for the treatment of various diseases and infections including hepatitis B virus. Manufacturing and treatment methods are also provided. The purified plasma product regulates the concentration of immune cells and proteins in the organ to be treated and peripheral blood.
