PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container-packed beverage containing an indigestible dextrin which, while maintaining water-like taste, suppresses stronger and more unpleasant off-flavor of the indigestible dextrin generated by long-term storage of the container-packed beverage containing the indigestible dextrin and not containing a sour component, a sweet component, and a salty component and maintains flavor after the long-term storage, and a method for producing the container-packed beverage.SOLUTION: In a container-packed beverage containing an indigestible dextrin and not containing a sour component, a sweet component, and a salty component, the content of the indigestible dextrin is adjusted in the range of 0.5-2.5 wt.% with respect to the total weight of the beverage, and carbon dioxide is contained to adjust a gas pressure in the range of 0.2-0.35 MPa. Consequently, a container-packed beverage containing an indigestible dextrin can be obtained which, while maintaining water-like taste, suppresses stronger and more unpleasant off-flavor of the indigestible dextrin generated by long-term storage.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、難消化性デキストリンを含有し、かつ、酸味成分、甘味成分及び塩味成分を含有しない容器詰飲料の長期保存により発生する、より強力でより不快な難消化性デキストリンの異臭を、水様の味覚を保持しつつ抑制し、長期保存に対して香味の保持された難消化性デキストリン含有容器詰飲料、及び、その製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】難消化性デキストリンを含有し、かつ、酸味成分、甘味成分及び塩味成分を含有しない、容器詰飲料において、難消化性デキストリンの含有量を、飲料全量に対して0.5~2.5重量%の範囲内に調整し、かつ、二酸化炭素を0.2~0.35MPaの範囲内のガス圧となるように含有させることを特徴とする。それにより、水様の味覚が保持されつつ、長期保存により発生するより強力でより不快な難消化性デキストリンの異臭が抑制された難消化性デキストリン含有容器詰飲料を得ることができる。【選択図】なし
