PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conventional dental hydraulic temporary sealing material having a drawback that the curability decreases with time even when the initial curability is high, so that sufficient curability cannot be exhibited after a long period of time from production. When the temporary sealing material moves or deforms when the patient's tongue or opposing teeth come into contact with each other, a gap is created between the temporary sealing material and the tooth substance, which may impair the sealing property. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a dental hydraulic temporary sealing material composition in which a decrease in curability with time is reduced. SOLUTION: A dental hydraulic temporary sealing material containing a component (1) quartz powder. Further, a dental hydraulic temporary sealing material composition containing a component (2) hydraulic inorganic powder, a component (3) an organic solvent, and a component (4) a resin.
