The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating alcoholic gastrointestinal disorders comprising an extract of barley bran soybean paste as an effective component. According to the present invention, the extract of barley bran soybean paste inhibits the absorption of alcohol in the body, and inhibits the expression of inflammation-related factors secreted in cooper cells, TNF- and IL-10, thereby alleviating the bleeding and inflammation of the stomach lining caused by acute alcohol ingestion. Accordingly, a composition comprising the extract of barley bran soybean paste as an effective component may be used as a pharmaceutical composition or food product for preventing or treating stomach damages caused by alcohol ingestion.본 발명은 시금장 메주 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 알콜성 위장질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 시금장 메주 추출물은 체내 알콜 흡수를 억제하고, 쿠퍼셀에서 분비되는 염증 관련 인자인 TNF-α 및 IL-10의 발현을 억제하여 급성 알콜 섭취에 의한 위 내막 출혈과 염증 반응을 개선시키는 것으로 확인됨에 따라, 시금장 메주 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 알콜 섭취로 인한 위 손상을 예방하거나 치료하기 위한 약학조성물 또는 건강식품으로 사용될 수 있다.
