The attachment portion (6) is provided apically to the main body (2). The attachment portion (6) comprises a plurality of projections (8, 8), each projection (8, 8) extending in one or more directions substantially perpendicular to the direction from the attachment portion (6) towards a coronal end (10) of the main body (2). Each projection (8, 8) is elastically or plastically deformable. The attachment portion (6) is integrally formed with or integrally attached to the main body (2). The body (12) of the attachment portion (6) has a prism shape with a polygonal cross section. A projection (8, 8) of the plurality of projections (8, 8) is provided only on every second side surface of the prism shaped body (12) of the attachment portion (6).
