According to the invention, such a device is characterized in that it comprises a system for attaching said balloon to said pyloric prosthesis, in that said pyloric prosthesis is compressible and expandable in a radial direction and in that said prosthesis has a outer wall which is secured, over at least a portion of its length, to a helical frame.
