PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for a skin improvement and a cosmetic composition are provided to have less side effects and an excellent safety in improvement on an inflammatory condition, skin immunity function, moisture on dry skin, atopic symptom, allergy syptom, wrinkle, skin tone, whitening, itchiness, and skin barrier fuction. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for a skin improvement comprises a snake's beard, a ginseng, a schizandra, and an extract of Houttuynia cordata.The extract is any one of crude extract, dried crude extract, condensed crude extract, fractioned crude extract, dried franctioned product, and condensed fractioned product. The extract of snake's bread, ginseng, schizandra, and Houttuynia cordata is in weight ratio of 1-8"1-4:1-4:1-8. A manufacturing method of the pharmaceutical composition for the skin improvement comprises a step of collecting the extract by extracting the solvent in snake's bread, ginseng, schizandra, and Houttuynia cordata, and a step of condensing the extract. A manufacturing method of cosmetic composition for the skin improvement comprises a step fo collecting extract by extracting the solvent in snake's bread, ginseng, schizandra, and Houttuynia cordata, and a step of condensing the extract.본 발명은 피부 개선용 약학 조성물, 화장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 맥문동, 인삼, 오미자 및 어성초의 추출물을 포함하는 피부 개선용 약학 조성물 및 그 제조방법, 맥문동, 인삼, 오미자 및 어성초의 추출물을 포함하는 피부 개선용 화장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 통하여, 건조 피부의 보습력 향상, 아토피 증상 개선, 알레르기 증상 개선, 주름 개선, 피부톤 향상, 미백, 가려움증 개선, 피부 장벽기능 향상, 피부 면역 기능 개선 및 염증 증상 개선이 우수하면서도 안전성이 뛰어나고 부작용이 적은 피부 개선용 약학 조성물 및 화장료 조성물과 각각의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
