PURPOSE: A composition for improvement of blood circulation including ginseng fat-soluble components is provided to improve a blood circulation effect by decreasing neutral fat and LDL-cholesterol level and increasing HDL-cholesterol level when intaking the composition with supplementary agents for improving blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of ginseng root(fine root) fat-soluble components comprises following steps: a step of putting ginseng root into a super critical extracting container； a step of extracting unsaturated fatty acid of the ginseng root fat-soluble components by contacting ginseng root and carbon dioxide which is super critical fluid under the temperature of 40-60 deg. C and the pressure of 300-350bar； and a step of obtaining the ginseng root of fat-soluble components contained in the extracted result. The step of extracting unsaturated fatty acid is conducted under 10-20 ml/min fluid speed of the supercritical fluid. The unsaturated fatty acid is: docosanoic acid, eicosanoic acid, heneicosanoic acid, dodecanoic acid, heptadecanoic acid, hexadeccanoic acid, octadecanoaic acid, octanoic acid, pentadecanoic acid, tetradecanoic acid, tricosanoic acid, nonadecanoic acid, hexanoic acid and decanoic acid； or 11-eicosenoic acid, 11,13-eicosadienoic acid, 13-docosenoic acid, 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid, 9,12-octadecadienoic acid, 9-hexadecenoic acid, 9-octadecenoic acid, 11-octadecenoic acid, 7,10-hexadecadienoic acid and 6,9,12-octadecatrienoic acid.본 발명은 특정 온도 및 압력의 조건 하에서 인삼 지용성 성분을 추출하는 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 추출된 인삼 지용성 성분을 포함하는 약제학적 조성물 또는 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 초임계유체 추출방법을 이용하여 인삼의 다양한 유효성분 중 지용성 성분을 높은 수율로 추출할 수 있어, 인삼 지용성 성분을 이용한 제품의 대량 생산이 가능하다. 본 발명의 방법에 의한 인삼 지용성 성분은 다양한 불포화 지방산 및 포화 지방산을 다량 함유하고 있으며, 혈행 개선 효능이 우수하다. 상기 인삼 지용성 성분을 혈행 개선 보조제와 함께 섭취하는 경우, 혈행 개선 효능이 더욱 증진되며, 따라서 다양한 혈행 개선용 약제학적 조성물 또는 식품 조성물로 활용가능하다.
