PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mutant cultured fish and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The mutant cultured fish is produced by introducing a chemical substance into a cultured fish. The method for producing the mutant cultured fish includes using an injection method or a dipping method in introduction of a chemical substance. The chemical substance is an alkylating agent or sodium azide.
