The present invention provides a fishing stand comprising: an upper plate which provides a space where a user can sit or a sittable chair for a user can be placed and a space where a fishing rod stand can be installed so that a plurality of fishing rods can be mounted thereon and which is formed to be foldable so that a portion thereof can be folded or unfolded for use； and a plurality of supports located under the upper plate, installed to be relatively foldable with respect to the upper plate so as to be easily carried by a user, and supporting the upper plate. The upper plate has an overall exterior formed of carbon fibers, and when viewed in a cross-section from the bottom thereof, includes a first carbon fiber layer formed of carbon fibers and constituting a lower surface of the upper plate, a polyurethane foam layer located over the first carbon fiber layer and formed of a polyurethane foam, and a second carbon fiber layer located over the polyurethane foam layer and constituting an upper surface of the upper plate.
