PURPOSE: A therapeutic agent containing tryptophane and an inhibitor of sebum secretion containing tryptophane are provided to effectively activate tryptophane by red light or green light, to ensure excellent antibacterial effect, and to control sebum secretion. CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic agent for treating photosensitization acne contains 0.001-30 wt% of tryptophane or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The tryptophane has photosensitization activity with respect to a ray within a range of 280 nm-1000 nm. An inhibitor of photosensitized sebum secretion contains the tryptopane or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
