The present invention relates to novel uses as an agent for treating acne of chlorin derivatives and a sebum secretion inhibitor. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy (PDT), containing chlorin derivatives having activation properties due to rays； a kit for PDT, comprising the same； and a composition for PDT.
