The present invention falls within the field of automatic irrigation systems, in particular intelligent sprinkler modules (4), including a height adjustable sprinkler module (4) for pivot irrigation systems, comprising a water inlet (24), a sprinkler (5), height adjustable tubing that connects the water inlet (24) to the sprinkler, a command unit (13) and a system for adjusting the height of the height adjustable tubing, said command unit (13) being designed to regulate the height of the height adjustable tubing by acting on the adjustment system. The height adjustable tubing can be telescopic (14). Said module allows the height of the sprinkler to be adjusted by action of the command unit (13) on the height adjustment system. Furthermore, the present invention includes an irrigation system comprising at least one of said sprinkler modules (4) and a central control system comprising at least one of said irrigation systems.
