A wearable physiological measurement device has a torso-wearing module and a limb-wearing module. The torso-wearing module is configured to be coupled with a torso of an individual to obtain an R-peak from an electrocardiogram. The limb-wearing module is configured to be coupled with at least one limb of four limbs of the individual to obtain a pulse wave peak from a plethysmogram. There are no physical connection (no wire nor cable) between the torso-wearing module and the limb-wearing module. The torso-wearing module and the limb-wearing module are configured to communicate with each other in a wireless way.
