PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic device adapted for single use and change of a medicament and suited for administration of the medicament.SOLUTION: A medicament administration assist tool 10 has a pool 19a capable of storing a medicament defined by an upper eyelid conjunctiva fornix 26e and an upper side 14a when mounted, an aperture of the pool 19a being closed by an upper eyelid conjunctiva 26a and a surface of the eyeball which serve as a lid. In addition, a pool 19b capable of storing the medicament is defined by a lower eyelid conjunctiva fornix 26f and a lower side 14c, and an aperture of the pool 19b is closed by a lower eyelid conjunctiva 26b and a surface of the eyeball which serve as a lid. The medicament administration assist tool 10 has a shape, as a whole, of a round-cornered rectangle sides 14a-14d of which are convexed in an arch shape.
