PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine administration instrument that does not inhibit a movement in a pulling direction while preventing an unexpected movement of a plunger rod.SOLUTION: A medicine administration instrument 1 includes a syringe 10, a plunger rod 20, and a regulation part 2. The plunger rod 20 has a distal end 10d and a proximal end 10p, and a flange 12 is provided to the proximal end 10p. The plunger rod 20 is inserted into the syringe 10. The regulation part 2 regulates the movement of the plunger rod 20 being inserted into the syringe 10, and permits the movement of the plunger rod 20 being discharged from the syringe 10. The regulation part 2 engages with a notch 12a of the flange 12 of the syringe 10.
