PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation apparatus provided with a lighting device reduced in size and weight, the apparatus having a reduced number of parts and assembling steps.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a plant cultivation apparatus in which a lighting device thereof is supported by a support part 13 having a pair of right and left receiving members 14. The lighting device comprises a pair of right and left lamp holding members 22 that are received by the left and right receiving members 14 of the support portion 13； and a lamp 23 disposed between two lamp holding members 22 in pair, the longitudinal direction of the lamp directing in the left and right direction and both the right and left ends of the lamp being removably attached to both the right and left lamp holding members 22. A guide groove 17 opened to the side of the lamp holding member 22 is formed in the receiving member 14, a guided portion 26 is provided in the lamp holding member 22 so as to be movably inserted into the guide groove 17 in the longitudinal direction.
