A method of treating a venous explant before transplanting, which comprises: (a) stabilizing a venous explant with erioglaucine / Blue Dye # 1 to produce a venous explant, in which erioglaucine / Blue Dye # 1 is applied to the venous explant with a marker and / or with a buffered solution containing erioglaucine / Blue dye # 1 at a pH of 7.0-7.6； and (b) preserve the functional viability of the stabilized venous explant.Un procedimiento de tratamiento de un explante venoso antes de transplantar, que comprende: (a) estabilizar un explante venoso con erioglaucina/Colorante Azul nº1 para producir un explante venoso, en el que erioglaucina/Colorante Azul nº1 se aplica al explante venoso con un rotulador y/o con una solución tamponada que contiene erioglaucina/Colorante Azul nº1 a un pH de 7,0-7,6； y (b) conservar la viabilidad funcional del explante venoso estabilizado.
