PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust roof tree planting of a building even to the building laws, to plant trees on the rooftop, and to excellently grow various kinds of trees/plants without taking trouble or cost, without doing harm onto the ground. SOLUTION: This succession climax roof landscape gardening lightweight system includes equipment capable of periodically watering, on the rooftop of the building, the trees whose roots are arranged for transplantation for the rooftop in plastic young plant-growing boxes each having a longitudinal length of 36 cm, a lateral length of 51 cm, and a height of 8 cm, and each having the bottom face wherein an interval in a mesh is 4 mm, and allowing drainage, in a tree growth base in an aboveground part, and includes a planting base comprising lapilli each having a particle diameter of 5 mm or below, and clay imbued with fertilizer. The planting is performed to the succession climax roof landscape gardening lightweight system, and the gross weight per square meter is set to be a seismic force live weight per square meter of 60 kgf/m2or below in the Building Standard Law.
