These compounds are useful antiviral agents, especially in inhibiting the function of the NS5A protein encoded by Hepatitis C virus (HCV). Thus, the disclosure also concerns a method of treating HCV related diseases or conditions by use of these novel compounds or a composition comprising such novel compounds.本発明は、明細書に記載の新規な式(I)の化合物および該新規化合物を含有する組成物に関する。これらの化合物は、とりわけC型肝炎ウイルス(HCV)によりコードされるNS5Aタンパク質の機能の阻害において有用な、抗ウイルス薬である。従って、本発明はまた、これらの新規化合物もしくは該新規化合物を含有する組成物を用いることによってHCV関連疾患もしくは症状を処置する方法にも関する。
