The present invention relates to a method for producing organs using an animal fetal surgery which produces required organ by transplanting human stem cells to a place where the organ of an animal fetal, placed inside a uterus during pregnancy, is removed. The animal fetal placed inside the uterus during pregnancy does not show immunorejection against transplant graft within certain period, and has a regeneration ability when tissues or organs are damaged or lost. By using the fact, the method for producing the organ using the animal fetal surgery of the present invention: removes an organ of an animal fetal planting human stem cells to a 3D printed artificial tissue skeleton to which human stem cells are planted, a ghost organ collected from the animal fetus which is similar to, little younger, or older than animal fetus which will be transplanted, or a part of ghost organ and transplanting the same to a place where the organ is removed. When the baby animal, grown well in the uterus, is born, growing the baby animal until the organ becomes desired size and transplanting the same to human.
