PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling device excellent in workability when collecting a blood vessel together with its peripheral tissue.SOLUTION: A peeling device 14A includes a grip part 44 having an insertion lumen 45 into which an imaging device 17 can be inserted, and a peeling member 46 provided at the tip of the grip part 44. The peeling member 46 includes a peeling part 54 for peeling a tissue in a living body when inserted into the living body along a blood vessel 96, and a blood vessel guide path 74 for receiving a branched blood vessel 106 branched from the blood vessel 96 from the tip of the peeling member 46, and guiding it to a base part 52 side.
