PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of moving a subject to a position where an operator can easily perform paracentesis.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a platform, a bed, a storage unit and a tabletop control unit. The platform has an opening provided to be interposed between an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector. The bed has a driving unit for inserting a tabletop on which a subject lies into the opening. The storage unit stores information relating to a plurality of puncture positions on the tabletop, corresponding to unique information for a plurality of operators who perform manual procedures on the subject. When a first operator performs a manual procedure, the tabletop control unit controls the driving unit so that the tabletop is moved to a puncture position indicated by information relating to the puncture position corresponding to the unique information for the first operator among the information relating to the plurality of puncture positions, stored in the storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】術者が穿刺術をしやすい位置に被検体を移動させることができるX線CT装置を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態のX線CT装置は、架台と、寝台と、記憶部と、天板制御部とを備える。架台は、X線管球及びX線検出器に挟まれて設けられた開口部を有する。寝台は、被検体を載置するための天板を前記開口部に挿入するための駆動部を有する。記憶部は、前記被検体に対して手技を行う複数の術者の固有情報に対応する、前記天板の複数の穿刺位置に係る情報を記憶する。天板制御部は、第1の術者が手技を行う場合に、前記記憶部に記憶された複数の前記穿刺位置に係る情報のうち、前記第1の術者に応じた固有情報に対応する穿刺位置に係る情報が示す穿刺位置に前記天板を移動させるように前記駆動部を制御する。【選択図】図1
