PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional blood flowmeter needs a consideration for safety depending on a body region since a laser beam or an ultrasonic sound is caused to be incident in a biological tissue, and is not suitable for the measurement of the density of blood flow in a body region since the object for the measurement is red blood cells and hemoglobin.SOLUTION: A red LED light used for irradiation light is a visible light whose peak wavelength is 630-750 nm and poses no problem in safety. The density of blood flow can be determined three-dimensionally by measuring the intensity of the light received by a photo diode, which is the scattered light generated by the red LED light transmitting a body tissue. Furthermore, the measurement without needing a dark room is possible by providing light blocking means for preventing the intrusion of external light to a sensor probe and sneaking-in of the irradiation light during the measurement.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の血流計は、生体組織内にレーザー光や超音波を入射させるため、身体部位によっては安全性への配慮が必要である。また、計測の対象が赤血球やヘモグロビンであるため、身体部位の血流量密度の測定には適していない。【解決手段】 照射光に使用する赤色LEDはピーク波長が630nm~750nmの可視光であり、安全性に問題は無い。また、前記赤色LEDが身体組織を透過した散乱光をフォトダイオードで受光した光の強さ計測することで、血流量の密度を立体的に確認できる。また、測定時にセンサープローブへの外光の侵入や照射光の回り込みを防ぐ遮光手段を設けることで、暗室を必要としない測定が可能である。【選択図】図1
