PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anesthetic false injection prevention device that prevents leakage of a volatile anesthetic from an anesthetic container and can easily perform injection work of the volatile anesthetic, and provide an anesthetic false injection prevention system.SOLUTION: In an outer circumferential surface of an insertion part 51 of an injection adapter 5 fitted to an opening of an anesthetic container, there is provided a key 512 for representing a type of a volatile anesthetic corresponding to the injection adapter 5. In an identification member 33 provided at an insertion port of an anesthetic false injection prevention device, there is provided a key groove 331 for representing the type of the volatile anesthetic corresponding to the anesthetic false injection prevention device. When the insertion part 51 is inserted into the insertion port, the key 512 comes into abutment with the identification member 33, and the key groove 331 is pressed by a slope 513 of the key 512 to rotate the identification member 33 in the clockwise or the counterclockwise direction, and thereby the need for rotating the anesthetic container is eliminated and the leakage of the volatile anesthetic can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】麻酔薬容器からの揮発性麻酔薬の漏れを防ぎ、かつ揮発性麻酔薬の注入作業を簡単に行うことができる麻酔薬誤注入防止装置、および麻酔薬誤注入防止システムを提供する。【解決手段】麻酔薬容器の口に取り付けられる注入アダプタ5の挿入部51の外周面に、注入アダプタ5が対応する揮発性麻酔薬の種類を表すキー512が設けられ、麻酔薬誤注入防止装置の挿入口に設けられた識別部材33には、麻酔薬誤注入防止装置が対応する揮発性麻酔薬の種類を表すキー溝331が設けられている。挿入口に挿入部51を挿入すると、キー512は、識別部材33に当接し、キー512の斜面513によってキー溝331を押圧して識別部材33を時計方向もしくは反時計方向に回転させるので、麻酔薬容器を回転させる必要がなくなり、揮発性麻酔薬の漏れを防止することができる。【選択図】図9
