PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reproducibly alleviate physical and/or mental discomfort before and/or during menstruation.
SOLUTION: There is provided a palliative for alleviating physical and/or mental discomfort before and/or during menstruation, which contains a perfume to be selected from dodecahydro-3a,6,6,9a-tetramethyl naphtho-[2,1-b]furan an eugenol methyl dihydrojasmonate and a cyclopentadecanolide. The discomfort can be alleviated because of inhalation of the perfume contained in the palliative.
