The present invention relates to an organic/inorganic hybrid drug delivery system and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an organic/inorganic hybrid drug delivery system which coats the surface of calcium phosphate particles with silicon dioxide and polymerizes a temperature sensitive polymer on the surface of the calcium phosphate particles coated with the silicon dioxide.
