A first sensor (60) is provided between the top surface of the adhesive layer (10) and the bottom surface of the electrical connection layer (20). The first control unit is electrically connected to the first sensor (60) and the first display unit. The first sensor (60) is used for collecting the temperature on the skin surface and generating same into an analog temperature signal. The first control unit is used for obtaining the analog temperature signal, converting same into a digital temperature signal to be sent to the first display unit. A heat insulating layer (70) is laid above the first sensor. The first sensor is located between the adhesive layer (10) and the heat insulating layer (70). The heat insulating layer (70) is adhered to the bottom surface of the electrical connection layer (20), and is used for reducing loss of the heat collected from the skin surface.
