Disclosed is a system for repelling birds which comprises the following: a memory which stores multiple radial sound patterns and at least one repelling sound； a repelling sound output unit which is installed on the outer periphery of unit cells divided from a repelling target region in predetermined areas or boundaries of each unit cell, and includes multiple speakers with identifiers； a speaker management unit which manages the speakers； a repelling order processing unit which generates a repelling order by the appearance of the birds, and reports to a control unit； a pattern selection unit which selects one radial sound pattern from the multiple radial sound patterns stored in the memory by the control of the control unit after the repelling order is generated； and the control unit which consecutively operates the speakers for outputting the repelling sound by the selected radial sound pattern in reference to the speaker management unit after the radial sound pattern is selected.
