Disclosed is a plant growth regulator. The active ingredients thereof include A and B, wherein the active component A is thidiazuron, and the active component B is amino oligosaccharin. Also provided are a preparation method for the composition and a use of the composition. Test result show that the composition of the present invention can adjust well the crop growth, improves disease resistance, promote crop health, and enhance crop yield and quality.
