The present invention relates to an emergency management system using a smartphone and, more specifically, to an emergency management system using a smartphone which includes: a housing a battery fixed in the housing a processing unit electrically connected to the battery and fixed in the housing and at least one electrode which is electrically connected to the processing unit, and contacts with a skin of a measured person by being fixed to or separated from a peripheral part of the housing. The processing unit includes: a human body signal processing device which detects and collects physiological information of the measured person in the type of current flow through an electrode, and can deliver a signal of the processing unit including the current flow to a smartphone of the measured person using a first communication unit a smartphone loaded with an application recognizing an emergency and delivering the emergency to a family doctor using the signal delivered from the human body signal processing device and a drug medication unit capable of administering a prepared medicine to the measured person in accordance to a remote prescription of the family doctor or a previously programmed process. The emergency management system of the present invention can save life by enabling rapid and effective action by automatically administering a medicine to a patient in proportion to a proper remote prescription or a previously programmed human body signal by rapidly delivering emergency to the family doctor in case the emergency occurs to people having diseases such as hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia or diabetes which have a high possibility of causing abrupt emergency, and can expect improvements of the symptoms by prompt drug medication.COPYRIGHT KIPO
