PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for predicting a tomographic image which can help making plans for a future treatment, for example, for a subject.SOLUTION: A tomographic image prediction device 1 includes an input unit 11, a prediction unit, an output unit 13, and a learning unit 14. The tomographic image predicting image 1 inputs the tomographic image of the brain of a subject as an input image I1, predicts the tomographic image of the brain of the subject after the input tomographic image is acquired, by the deep neural network of the prediction unit, and outputs the predicted tomographic image as an output image.
