PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing collimator modules for multirow X-ray detectors capable of removing scattered rays in a channel direction and a slice direction and being easily manufactured.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing collimator modules in which wall plates having X-ray absorbability are formed into a grid shape in the channel direction and the slice direction in a multirow X-ray detector of an X-ray CT apparatus is provided.
