The present invention relates to a shellfish cultivation apparatus which comprises a base plate part, a cultivation part, a support part and an inflow guide part and is installed in a water tank. The base plate part has a bottom surface forming an inclined plane or a stepped plane in the direction of flow from the inflow guide part, in order to allow cleaning water and excrement to easily flow down. The cultivation part has a cultivation space partitioned on the top of the base plate part, and shellfish is put and cultivated in the cultivation space. The support part supports the base plate part. The inflow guide part protrudes slantly from one side of the base plate part in order to allow cleaning water to easily flow into the cultivation space. The shellfish cultivation apparatus of the present invention is formed to allow a support part of another cultivation apparatus to be mounted and stacked on the top of the cultivation part.
