PURPOSE: A photocatalytic purifying apparatus is provided to improve the purification performance of water or air by maximizing the contact area to polluted water and air, and to enable to effectively flow as the flow has an enough flow rate.CONSTITUTION: A photocatalytic purifying apparatus comprises a body (200) a fan motor assembly inner plates (400) and luminescence lamps (500). Multiple inner plates are successively installed on the inner wall of the body with a constant interval with top and bottom. The luminescence lamps penetrate into all the inner plates, and irradiate light to the photocatalytic substance on the body and both sides of the inner plates. The inner plate comprises a ventilation part a blocking part and lamp mounting parts. The ventilation part becomes a path of fluid by being punched on the whole upper surface of the inner plate with a constant interval. The blocking part blocks the flow of fluid. The lamp mounting parts are arranged on the same vertical extension line so that the luminescence lamps are penetrated into the whole inner plates. The blocking parts of the adjacent inner plates are positioned at the upper and lower positions of the ventilation part. The ventilation parts of the adjacent inner plates are positioned at the upper and lower positions of the blocking part.
