The present invention relates to dumpling manufactured by using chicken broth and a method for manufacturing the same wherein, more specifically, the dumpling manufactured by mixing chicken broth, prepared by mixing, heating, and then freezing chicken feet and minor ingredients, with dumpling skin and dumpling stuffing is provided to consumers to enable the consumer to enjoy a taste unique to chicken. The method for manufacturing the dumpling by using chicken broth comprises: a chicken broth preparation step of obtaining the chicken broth by preparing chicken feet as a main ingredient, extracting the chicken feet after inserting onion, garlic, and ginger as the minor ingredients, mixing the same with refined salt, white sugar, seasoning pepper powder, and purified water at a proper ratio, heating the same, inserting the same in a pouch after finishing heating, heating the sealed pouch in a retort apparatus at 112°C for 25 minutes, and then freezing the sealed pouch under a freezing condition at -35°C or lower a dumpling skin preparation step of obtaining dumpling skin by inserting flour for extended noodles and high-quality bread, which are main ingredients for the dumpling skin, with modified starch powder in a blender, mixing the same for two minutes, adding the chicken broth, obtained in the chicken broth preparation step, to refined salt, seasoning oil-S, and purified water, mixing the same for four minutes, and mixing the main and minor ingredients of the dumpling skin for 12 minutes in a vacuum condition and a dumpling stuffing preparation step of obtaining dumpling stuffing by adding the chicken broth, obtained in the chicken broth preparation step, to chicken, pork, fresh garlic, soybean sauce, sesame oil, a charcoal-grilled rib extract, a dumpling flavor base, refined salt, pepper powder, chili pepper powder, seasoning for dumpling, sugar, pork collagen, alcon T, purified water, onion, fresh chive, cabbage, and fresh green onion and mixing the same fo
