Disclosed is a specimen preservation container capable of safely, easily, and quickly injecting a specimen preservation liquid into a container body. According to the present invention, the specimen preservation container comprises: a container body (100) having an opened top； a cutter member (200) installed to be spaced apart from the bottom of the container body (100) to be separated therefrom and having a plurality of upwardly formed blades (220)； a cap (300) coupled to the top of the container body (100), storing the specimen preservation liquid in a preservation liquid storage unit (316) formed in a lower part, and having a lower end finished with a sealing member (330)； and a temporary fixing member installed on an outer surface of the container body (100) and an inner surface of the cap (300) facing thereto to temporarily fix the cap (300) in the container body (100) when being coupled. When the temporary fixing members are separated by pressing and turning the cap (300), the cap (300) is lowered and the sealing member (330) is damaged by the blade (220), such that the specimen preservation liquid flows into the container body (100).개시된 본 발명에 따른 검체 보관 용기는, 상단이 개구되는 용기본체(100), 용기본체(100) 내 바닥에서부터 이격된 상태로 분리 가능하게 설치되며, 상방향으로 다수개의 칼날(220)이 구비되는 커터부재(200), 용기본체(100)의 상단에 체결되며, 하부에 형성된 보존액 수용부(316) 내에 검체 보존액이 수용되고 하단이 밀봉재(330)로 마감되는 뚜껑(300), 및 용기본체(100)의 외면과 이와 대향된 뚜껑(300)의 내면에 각각 구비되어 결합시 뚜껑(300)을 용기본체(100) 내에 가고정시키는 가고정부재를 포함하며, 뚜껑(300)을 가압 후 회전시켜 가고정부재들이 분리되면 뚜껑(300)이 하강하고 칼날(220)에 의해 밀봉재(330)가 손상되면서 검체 보존액이 용기본체(100) 내부로 유출된다.
