PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body-wearing health pad activating a physiological function, achieving effect on treatment/improvement of a disease state/symptom such as muscle pain, lower back pain, a stiff shoulder, or urination disorder, and further effectively affecting even muscular force strengthening, improvement of a motor function or the like by performing wearing along the body surface of a human body.SOLUTION: A static elimination magnetic health pad comprises a soft flexible sheet body 1 capable of being worn along a prescribed region of the body surface of a human body, and the sheet body 1 has one or more electric conductive layers 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 having electric conductivity relatively higher than human body skin. The static elimination magnetic health pad is provided with one or more discharge elements 13 electrically conducted to the electric conductive layers on the outer side face of the sheet body 1 to efficiently collect static electricity of the electrified human body and to discharge it to the air.
