PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional sole plate in which therapeutic effect in conservative therapy, correction effect in prosthetic correction treatment, etc., can be expected only in a state where fundamentally a body weight is imparted to the sole plate and in which therefore, when legs are not used, original function is not demonstrated at all.SOLUTION: This is an insole type sole plate made of silicone rubber. A thick part is in the circumference and the upper face of the body is flat that comes in contact with the sole when in use. The lower face of the body is formed thick in the peripheral part, with a recess provided in the center part. As a result, in a state with the sole plate set in a shoe, a hollow part is formed between the body and the lower face of the shoe. During the walking action, deformation and restoration take place in the manner that this hollow part is crushed, with the walking action supported by the restoring force.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の足底板の、保存療法にあってはその治療効果、装具矯正療法にあってはその矯正効果、等々は、基本的に足底板に体重を掛けた状態でしか期待できないもの、即ち、遊脚時は本来の機能を全く発揮しないものであった。【解決手段】 中敷きタイプのシリコーンラバー製足底板であって、周囲に厚み部分が存在し、装用時足裏と接することとなる本体上面が平坦であり、本体下面は、周縁部分が厚く形成され中央部分には凹部が設けられていることにより、靴に装填した状態で、本体と靴下面との間に空洞部が形成されるもの。歩行動作時には、この空洞部がつぶれる形で変形・復元され、その復元力が歩行動作をサポートすることになる。【選択図】 図1
