The present invention relates to an automatic spearfishing device which, more particularly, includes: a main body having a vertically penetrated hollow part therein, a cone part, formed in a cone with a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion, on a lower portion, and a through-hole formed on a lower end portion of the cone part a moving member which is inserted downwards from an upper portion of the hollow part of the main body, penetrates the through-hole of the main body, is joined to a fishing needle, has a lower side joined to an upper end portion of the fishing line inserted in the through-hole to penetrate the through-hole, and is made of metal a weight which makes the center of gravity of the main body placed in the cone part, is formed in the shape of a cone, is inserted in the cone part, and has at least one first through-hole formed in a vertical direction to allow the spear to perpendicularly penetrate the same at least one second through-hole penetrated and formed in the cone part to correspond to the first through-hole and a spear charging and discharging means which enables the spear to penetrate the first through-hole and the second through-hole as the moving member descends if the fishing line imposes force on the moving member as fish bits the fishing needle after the moving member is moved to an upper end portion of the main body. Accordingly, if force at a certain level is applied to the fishing line as the fish bits the fishing needle, the spear penetrates the fish as the moving member, having been attached to a magnetic part, is elastically recovered downwards by a tensile spring.
