PURPOSE: A laser operation apparatus for a dental treatment is provided to improve operation efficiency for tooth root canal sterilization and periodontal inflammation treatment. CONSTITUTION: A laser operation apparatus for a dental treatment comprises a laser generator(110), optical fiber(120), a splitter(130), a power supply(140), a controller(150), a cooling unit, and an input unit(170). The laser generator generates a laser beam having 1440 nanometer wavelength band. A plurality of optical fibers provides an optical path. The splitter induces so that the laser beam can enter the corresponding optical fiber. The power supply supplies power source for producing laser beam of the laser generator.본 발명은 치과용 레이저 치료기에 과한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 물흡수도가 높은 1440nm 파장의 레이저빔을 이용하여 근관치료과 경조직 시술이 가능한 1440nm 파장을 이용한 치과치료용 레이저 수술장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 1440nm 파장을 이용한 치과치료용 레이저 수술장치는 1440nm 파장 대역의 레이저빔을 생성하는 앤디야그(Nd；YAG) 레이저발진기； 상기 레이저발진기에서 입사된 레이저빔이 전송되는 광경로를 제공하며, 직경을 달리하는 다수의 광파이버； 상기 레이저발진기에서 생성된 레이저빔이 해당 광파이버로 입사되도록 유도하는 스플리터；를 포함하여 이루어진다.
