PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type disposable diaper closer to a normal underwear with a narrow crotch width.SOLUTION: At least a crotch part area 71 in the cross direction in a fixed area 70 of an interior body 10 in an exterior body 20 is a stretchable area 20X which is stretchable in the width direction.
