PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean curd which contains a blended powder having an extremely large number of heat treated bacterial cells in an amount of 1012 or more pieces per gram.SOLUTION: The soybean curd which contains powder having heat treated bacterial cells of human-derived lactococcus BIO-strain includes the heat treated bacterial cells in an amount of 1×1012 or more pieces per gram of powder. The content of the heat treated bacterial cells is preferably 99.5 to 99.9 mass% relative to 100 mass% of the powder.
