PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed control system of an electric motor drive seeding machine in which a speed not fixed but matched with a worker himself/herself can be steplessly set by preparing a volume (potentiometer) in a panel of an operation box, and thereby the convenience is improved.SOLUTION: A battery 12 is disposed in a main frame 32 for supporting rear wheels 36 and front wheels 34, and a DC motor 13 is provided which is rotationally driven in a PWM control by the power of the battery 12. A motor rotary output transmitted to a motor shaft 14 of the DC motor 13 is transmitted to the rear wheels 36 through a gear-wheel 15, a chain 18 and a gear-wheel 17, and further a one-way clutch 16. A handle 41 is provided with an operation box 21 and a control circuit 20. A speed of the seeding machine can steplessly be adjusted by operating a volume disposed on a panel of the operation box 21, and seeding work can be performed in an optimal set speed, and thereby the seeding machine having a good convenience can be achieved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】操作ボックスのパネル部にボリューム(ポテンショメータ)を用意することにより、速度を固定ではなく、作業者自身に合った速度を無段階で設定できるようにして使い勝手を良好にした電動モータ駆動播種機の速度制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】後車輪36と前車輪34を支持するメインフレーム32にバッテリー12が配置され、バッテリー12の動力によりPWM制御で回転駆動されるDCモータ13が設けられている。DCモータ13のモータ軸14に伝達されるモータ回転出力は歯車15,チェーン18および歯車17さらにワンウエイクラッチ16を介して後車輪36に伝達される。ハンドル41に操作ボックス21,制御回路20が設けられ、操作ボックス21のパネルに配置されたボリュームを操作することにより該播種機を無段階で速度調整でき、最適な設定速度で播種作業を行え、使い勝手が良好な播種機を実現できる。【選択図】図1
