The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a bio signal and an electronic device supporting the same. A wearable electronic device according to any one among various embodiments of the present invention includes a housing, a battery mounted inside the housing, a coupling member configured to detachably couple the electronic device to a portion of a body of a user, a conductive member which is electrically connected to the battery and is exposed to the outside, at least one sensor electrically connected to the conductive member, and a circuit which is electrically connected to the battery, the conductive member, and the at least one sensor. The method for obtaining a bio signal of the electronic device according to the present invention includes the operations of: applying a current transmitted from an external material to a switch； electrically connecting at least one or more terminals to the battery； and charging the battery with the current transmitted from the external material.
