PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measurement device capable of measuring highly accurate biological information, since a positional relation between a subject and a detector can be appropriately and stably held.SOLUTION: A biological information measurement device comprises: a light emitting section 150 emitting light to a subject a light receiving section 140 receiving the light passing through the subject a translucent member 50 transmitting the light and being brought into contact with the subject and a case section 30 having the translucent member 50 and being brought into contact with the subject.
