The present invention relates to a sprout vegetable cultivator using hydrogen water and, more specifically, to a sprout vegetable cultivator using hydrogen water, which supplies light to plants to promote growth of sprout vegetables and uses silver water and hydrogen water to increase a germination ratio of the sprout vegetables and cultivate fresh vegetables without a growth promoting agent. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the sprout vegetable cultivator comprises: a water supply unit receiving and storing water for cultivating sprout vegetables and including a silver water generation module generating silver water in a predetermined region of the water supply unit to supply the silver water to the water supply unit and a hydrogen water generation module generating hydrogen water in a predetermined region of the water supply unit to supply the hydrogen water to the water supply unit; a plant growing unit having seeds of sprout vegetables placed therein to germinate and grow the seeds and allowing the water to be continuously supplied to the sprout vegetables from the water supply unit in accordance with growth of the sprout vegetables; a lighting supply unit supplying LED light of a preset wavelength range to the sprout vegetables in accordance with the growth of the sprout vegetables; and a control unit controlling the water supply unit and the lighting supply unit.
