A safety needle included needle dislodgement and liquid leakage detection device comprises a safety needle, a sensor assembly, an alarm device, wherein the sensor assembly comprises a flexible substrate, a needle dislodgement/blood leakage sensing element, and an adhesive section. The alarm device is electrically connected to the sensor assembly. When blood seeping or blood leakage or needle dislodgement occurs at a needle piercing site, the needle dislodgement/blood leakage sensing element is enabled and the alarm device gives off an alarm. The use of the flexible substrate makes it possible to cause pressing on a fistula or other blood vessels. The adhesive section allows for adhering to a human body surface.
