PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flat granular resin powder of ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer suitable for a cosmetic and a cosmetic that contains the same and has excellent spread and feel in application, feeling of gloss and transparency in a finish.SOLUTION: The flat granular resin powder of ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer comprises an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer having 10-110MPa modulus in flexure.
